Ok all. We NEED to work on the organization for the cads. Many crew members left because they were told by many different ppl different things to do. It was also very chaotic.

One of my ideas, that i got from the Ihla da aguia cad, Is that we should have one person dictating which ships are loading and going one at a time.

We also have set bnavers who would move with the ships.

Any more suggestions would be greatly helpful.
