Promotions -
I promote based on either trust, stats or amount of pillaging each person does.
Cabin Person - anyone
Pirate - Must have 2 Broads in Pillaging Stats
Officer - Broad Bnav and Dnav (Exception is if your bnav rank is distinguished or higher you only need narrow dnav)
Fleet Officer - Must have trust of SO's or myself, good stats, and be able to run succesful pillages
Senior Officers - Handpicked! I will promote you when I feel you are ready, and dont worry this position is NOT unreachable.
Other then that have fun, work hard, and help this crew surpass every one else and DOMINATE the HUNTER OCEAN! .....RAWWRRR!!!
